Maintenance Technician

Up to $34/hour (+ $2 shift differential)
$2000 sign on bonus // Quarterly & Annual bonuses 5-8%
3rd shift (3, 12)
Ace Partners are excited to partner with a Plastics Manufacturer based in Columbus, OH. They re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
Shift: 3, 12 (7pm 7am)
(Sun Tues + every other Sat OR Wed Fri + every other Sat)
Salary: Up to $36/hour

Responsibilities:
- in troubleshooting PLCs.
- of new equipment within the plant.
- of accurately documenting changes, modifications, and installations.
- planning abilities, leveraging knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles to minimize production disruptions.
- maintenance approach for both electrical and mechanical issues.
- mechanical and electrical expertise inmaterial conveying, water systems, and compressed air systems, including proficiency in PMs and equipment component rebuilding.
- in setting up extruder barrels and screws.
- in setting up all equipment for production runs.
- in installing power requirements for equipment modifications and installations.
- working with CMMS programs.
Requirements:
5 years electrical and mechanical experience in maintenance technician role
Experience with blending and extrusion equipment.
Electrical and Mechanical background; 3 phase, 480v power experience.
Familiarity with PC and PLC equipment
Must be able to climb and work at elevated heights.
Knowledge of 5S and lean principles.
