Our growing client in the Macedonia/Northfield area is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Manager to add to their dynamic marketing team!

The role of the eCommerce Marketing Manager is crucial for leveraging online platforms to boost sales and profitability. You will be instrumental in shaping the digital direction of the company, spearheading initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience, and fortifying customer relationships. By devising strategic action plans and providing strong leadership, you will guide the optimization efforts across various client brands, ultimately driving revenue growth, fostering customer engagement, and cultivating lasting loyalty.

Requirements include:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• 5+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce and Marketing, demonstrating expertise in digital marketing and technology.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in using web analytics and optimization tools to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance results.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in fast-paced, fluid environment.
