We are seeking a Steward to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with our skilled team to execute our curated brand of southern cuisine in The Harpeth Hotel.
You will be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team. You will have high standards when it comes to maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Organize dishes and cleaning areas
Washing dishes
Recieving goods and orders
Responsible for day-to-day upkeep (sweep and mop, take out the trash, clean the cafeteria)
Maintain the trash compactor area
Using a large dish washing conveyor
Communicate with Chefs and teammates
Restocking
Maintaining clean workstation per the kitchen's standards
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Cleaning cooking equipment
