YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the After Sales front-line support link for dealers, as part of a motivated customer service team
- Diagnose and isolate the cause of technical issues, answer warranty and parts questions and provide support
- Support all technical and product related issues and inquiries while always keeping the consumers best interest in mind
- Provide on-going technical and warranty support to internal departments
- Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians
- You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem firsthand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS
- Technician degree or equivalent qualification
- Powersport experience is an asset
- Computer skilled with Web applications, Microsoft Office applications but also SAP and dealer management systems
- Passion for serving our customers and our dealers
- Excellent communicator that can adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals, and situations
- Demonstrates ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative
- Irreproachable work ethic
- Good team player
