Vitalis Health Care Vitalis Healthcare, is a MD residential service agency looking for PRN Home Caregivers.
We often have emergency care requirements of about 3 hours to 6 hours per day resulting from additional care requirements from clients or emergency call out by caregivers covering a shift. The PRN Home Caregiver is someone whom we can call upon to cover these
shifts on-as needed basis. The PRN Skilled Home Caregiver must be someone who see's caregiving as a calling rather than just a job. They will provide personal care to our clients under the supervision of our Clinical Care Director / RN. Thy must possess a current CNA/CMT/GNA or HHA license issued by or acceptable with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
They must have experience in Personal Home Care although aides with experience in a Hospital or Skilled Nursing facility are also encouraged to apply. Other job requirements include Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Provide transportation as required Assist in providing a safe environment for client Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
