Katzkin is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to fuel our Direct-To-Consumer growth. Join us to educate and sell our product to interested consumers through various channels no cold calling. This role offers great bonus potential and growth as our business expands.
Work remotely after on-site training or in-office (full-time/hybrid). Flexible shifts are required, including nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications / Skills:
Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
Proficient in writing and accurate typing. Energetic and self-motivated.
Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Comfortable with technology.
Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Educate and sell Katzkin products to interested consumers using phone, text, chat, and email.
Guide consumers through product discovery and learning.
Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and texts.
Maintain accurate records in systems like Salesforce and forms.
Determine accurate pricing based on product and customization.
