Job Description: House Supervisor RN
*Incentives:*
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15k depending on experience and role.
* Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10k, based on position.
* Retention Bonus: Matches up to 8% for retirement contributions after one year.
* Referral Bonus: Up to $1,500 after referral s 270 days of service.
*Shift/Hours:*
3 night shifts per week, rotating schedule, including weekends.
* (Open to block scheduling (6 days on, 8 days off).
*On Call Requirement:*
Not applicable.
*Responsibilities:*
Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and bed management. Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, addressing administrative decisions and supervisory tasks. Supervise charge nurses, manage staff shifts, and handle patient complaints and transfers.
*Must Haves:*
* License: Current RN licensure in Washington State or Compact RN.
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
* Experience: 3-5 years in Acute Care and Trauma settings.
* Education: Associate s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
InterQual experience, Bachelor's Degree, varied acute care nursing experience, TNCC certification preferred.
