BodyBilt Seating, a division of Ergogenesis Workplace Solutions, is the industry leader in ergonomic seating and office solutions. We seek an A-Player sales manager for the San Bernardino County Region in Southern California.
This regional sales manager position is responsible for developing and managing ergonomic office furniture solutions for corporations, healthcare facilities, governmental departments, and higher education universities. Also, the position entails servicing dealer partners throughout this region.
Job Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and growth mentality.
- Has a demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and driving new business.
- Has demonstrated the ability to Identify, qualify, and influence key decision-makers in the sales process.
- Please note that the position is in field sales and requires travel throughout the region.
- The candidate must be located within Bentonville, Arkansas. This region has existing customers that need to be serviced regularly.
Must have:
- 5+ years of direct or dealer sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate capabilities using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer Relationship Software Management.
- Optimistically competitive.
- Passion for developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships.
- Consultative selling approach.
- The desire for six-figure income earning.
- Strong moral and ethical character.
- Willingness to accept continuous improvement as a part of the sales development process.
