The Role: Not Your Average Sales Manager Position
This role is carved out for the seasoned Sales Manager with experience in high-ticket sales. We are seeking candidates that have experience leading inside sales teams in verticals and industries where emotion drives decisions. Each call with one of our clients can lead to a breakthrough. Candidates primed for this role will have had prior experience leading and selling on tight knit teams of 10+ reps (setters & closers).
What Will You Do?
- Conduct call reviews, dive deep into individual sales calls, and provide individualized coaching to our sales reps
- Leverage Hubspot CRM analytics and department sales activity to uncover patterns for optimizing sales performance
- Lead team meetings weekly and foster a culture of professional growth within the sales team to enhance sales performance across the board
- Craft innovative themes for sales techniques to keep sales reps engaged and pushing for new levels of increased performance
- Ensure the team smashes their KPIs, with a focus on B2C offerings
- Work on-site at our Phoenix, AZ, headquarters to drive a cohesive, collaborative environment with our on-site & remote setters and closers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a track record of managing sales teams, with a knack for keeping setters accountable and closers motivated.
- Proven experience in the high-ticket space, with a genuine excitement about diving into sales analytics and coaching.
- Thrives in a performance-based environment that values inclusivity and personal growth.
- A natural collaborative problem solver across multiple sales and business functions including Sales Ops to Sales floor energy, ensuring synergy.
