As a Sales Development Representative, your aim will be to help organizations perform at their best by equipping their teams with the right talent.
You ll learn the full cycle of our Brightview Process and play a key role on the Business Development team, helping us to hit our growth goals. You ll use your outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and representatives from potential clients. And you ll collaborate with other sales & recruiting teams to make sure we always deliver the best candidates and client experiences.

What You ll Do:
Identify candidates and prospects and execute sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing accounts
Conduct sales calls in parallel with email campaigns. Turn cold calls into research calls and set appointments for discovery meetings.
Shadow senior salespeople in discovery and client expansion meetings.
Develop a good understanding of how to qualify A requirements and communicate them to team members
Work closely with recruiting or project teams to ensure that solutions or candidates submitted are in line with the client s needs
Success in the First 90 Days Looks Like:
With a thorough understanding of target customers and Brightwing s value prop, you ve nailed a few different cold call pitches along with effective ways to overcome objections
You ve developed lists of prospects, qualified them and followed outreach processes
You ve converted cold contacts into opportunities, and you ve studied the best practices modeled by senior salespeople during discovery meetings
