The Role:

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Nashville location of Radish. They will

work closely with the Regional Manager and play an integral role running the restaurant. The GM will

work the FOH, as well as BOH when needed.

We are passionate about our team members and developing talent internally. The GM role will work

closely with their team to ensure they have the tools necessary to deliver exceptional results. Similarly,

the founders of Radish and the Regional Manager will work closely with the GM to help them develop

new skills and prepare to take on bigger roles in the future.

Pay:

$70,000 - $80,000 including base salary and bonus. Paid vacation and health insurance.

Schedule:

No early mornings, no late nights, closed major holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taking pride in operational excellence.
  • Maintain an exceptional FOH and BOH team, hiring new employees as needed ensuring the restaurant is fully always staffed.
  • Ensure customers get the best possible service by training and coaching and driving the team.
  • Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer.
  • Perform Regular 1:1 meetings with Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members.
  • Manage and create the weekly staffing schedule for both FOH and BOH.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and act independently
  • Ability to follow all procedures with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and passion for making customers happy
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations
  • Serve Safe Certificate
  • Experience with Toast POS preferred
  • Spanish Speaking Preferred
