We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals with background in the construction trades or similar fields. You will be responsible for operating small tools and equipment on our jobsites. **Responsibilities:**
* Hand shoveling, raking, sweeping, lifting, assembling materials
* Operate small power tools such as a compactor, jack hammer, hammer drill, and laser
* Work as a team and communicate effectively
* Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements:**
* Must be willing to put safety first and uphold high standards and beyond
* Must be able to take direction and complete tasks
* Desire to learn, improve, and succeed
* Must have reliable transportation to job sites throughout Vermont
* Ability to implement safe work practices and stay alert to changing work conditions
* Ability and desire to work outdoors in all weather in a physically demanding position, including lifting 50+ pounds, and work on your feet all day
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Valid driver's license is preferred
* Must be able to pass drug test
**Pre-employment:**
