Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee human resources (HR) functions for both corporate and field staff. This includes onboarding, timesheet and expense report collection, terminations, benefits, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and company culture.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR coordinators.
  • Conduct off/onboarding of corporate personnel.
  • Supervise the collection of field staff timesheets and expense reports.
  • Serve as backup to HR coordinators during peak periods or absence.
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs.
  • Provide employee assistance, address employee concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Manage and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the employee engagement committee.
  • Update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on onboarding, benefits administration, employee assistance and government report audits
  • Multi-state law knowledge
  • HR Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Can-do attitude!
  • Detail oriented
  • Staffing experience is required
  • SHRM a plus
