Growing and highly stable company has an immediate need for an IT HelpDesk / Service Desk Technician on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will work on a mid-sized IT team within ServiceNow in order to clear Tier 1 tickets related to Office 365, Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, hw/sw support, and more. This is an awesome company with a reputation for promoting from within. This role is 3 days in the office (fully remote candidates do not apply), and you must be able to clear a drug and background screening.
Requirements:
*1+ years' experience working on a helpdesk within a ticket queue.
*ServiceNow or Zendesk highly preferred.
*MUST have excellent speaking skills, professional demeanor, and positive attitude.
*Can fully clear a 10-panel drug screen and criminal background check.
*Bachelor's Degree preferred.
*Must have reliable personal vehicle.
