Job Description BI Delivery Lead ( **Job Number:**

340637 ) **This position provides technical oversight and delivery of up to 2 scrum teams within the claims data and analytics space** . You will provide hands-on technical guidance on Claims Analytics and Business Intelligence projects as well as production support. The BI Delivery lead will partner with Claims analytics architects, data analysts, developers, modelers, and testers to manage all technical aspects of Agile projects. Critical to this role is an understanding of modern data-driven application architecture, data analytics and engineering and Cloud platforms. **Qualifications**

**Experience and Competencies**

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (required)

* Experience providing financial-industry business solutions (Insurance P&C experience is a plus)

* **Proficiency with data-driven applications and integration** , Cloud technologies and concepts, real-time analytics, business insights, streaming data, and machine learning tools.

* **Facilitate technical design and overview discussions with projects team** which includes architects, data analysts, developers, modelers, and testers

* Accountability in deliverables across the program including helping the team take accountability

* Effective time management/prioritization, pushing team members to close impediments faster and proactively escalate when commitments have critical blockers

* **Experience with Cloud platforms** such as Azure, AWS or Google and Data Lake technologies Azure is preferred, and a knowledge of the Azure Analytics and Integration stacks would be a definite plus.

* **Experience with SQL, ETL technologies and data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau.**

* Experience with using DevOps, continuous integration, and automated testing with related tooling for delivery.

* Experience in designing or using micro-services and API-based architectures.

* Familiarity with multi-tier application architectures.

* Knowledge of relevant information systems design best practices and requirements analysis especially as it pertains to advanced analytics and data engineering solutions.

* Pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.

**Partnership and Teamwork**

* Good communication and leadership. Must be able to provide guidance and feedback to technical resources (including contract resources) as well as managers.

* Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team environment with the ability to influence and foster cross-team and cross-area collaboration.

* Collaboration with business stakeholders and production support team to ensure SLAs are met

* Work with other tech leads and architects to ensure alignment with global data & analytics strategy escalating deviation as needed

* Ability to execute and prioritize several tasks simultaneously
