** Job Description**
**Marketing and Customer Relationship Assistant**
We are looking for a part time marketing assistant to prepare, evaluate, and schedule social media posts. This person will also follow up on the inquiries from those posts along with taking and/or making phone calls related to online marketing. This person will coordinate the appointment calendar related to marketing inquiries and prepare presentation packages related to scheduled appointments. The position will also update and maintain all marketing campaigns and follow up along with appropriately matching clients with personnel. Update websites. The duties and responsiblities will evolve as the position tasks/duties emerge with a growing company.

* Proven work ethic and desire to fullfil position
* Familiarity and/or desire to work with computers, all social media channels and banking applications/software
* developable understanding of direct/indirect marketing tactics including Real Estate and Lending products and practices
* Excellent or ability to develop, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
* Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
* Certificate and/or BS degree in finance, economics or a related field is a plus but not required

** Responsibilities**
* Evaluate, Update and Maintain Marketing Campaigns within specified limits
* Interview inquiries to determine eligibility and feasibility of scheduling appointments/interviews for Realtors and Loan officers.
* Determine need for new or evolving marketing campaigns.
* Update and maintain websites and all marketing channels
* Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
* Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
* Complete Monthly Reports and updates on marketing programs/channels.
* Update job knowledge on types of loan marketing, real estate marketing and other financial services
* Maintain and update account records
* Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of marketing programs that are successful
* Assist in developing referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
* Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
* ?perate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
