**The Role: eCommerce Marketplace Analyst - Product Catalog and Customer Experience**

**You Will Be Responsible For**

* ? Assisting with daily operations of Amazon.com e-commerce channel management.

* ? Assisting with product listing updates.

* ? Triaging and escalating customer requests as needed.

* ? Systematizing customer service processes to make your job easier.

* ? Helping with product catalog organization and larger channel optimization projects.

* ? Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create content for new product launches.

* ? Assisting with the development of other e-commerce channels by creating listings, updating product images, copy, and attributes.

* ? Responding to customer service inquiries approximately 1 hour per day.

**Desired Qualifications**

* ? A minimum of one year of work experience

* ? Strong written and verbal communication skills;

* ? Experience or familiarity with eCommerce, specifically selling on Amazon.com, is preferred but not required.

* ? Excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail;

* ? Technology fluency. You must have an aptitude for learning web-based applications and understanding technology-related products. For example, you understand how to use a USB-C docking station and can troubleshoot basic computer problems.
