St. Louis-based 75+-year-old analytical instrument manufacturing company is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Technical Training Specialist to provide support to the Training Dept.
Job Description:
Conduct and coordinate training classes in accordance with Intoximeters standards
Facilitate mock sessions and training presentations covering regulated processes and instrument usage for both breath alcohol testing and drug collection
Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts, and development in the delivery of training programs and strategies
Manage the learning experience consistent with philosophy and company-wide strategy
Update training programs, materials, and platforms to ensure that they are relevant and maintain the highest standards
Collaborative to the development, review, and delivery of Intoximeters training material
Assist in creating supportive training material to be utilized in training classes
Customer service, including taking and inputting orders
Responsible for organizational and administrative support within the training department
Generating classroom certifications upon completion of training
Learning management system administrative support
Other duties/projects may be assigned as needed
Minimal travel may be required
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office programs, with the ability to learn new software as needed
Previous experience in training development and/or workplace training
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Successful completion of Intoximeters Train the Trainer courses
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Department of Transportation CFR 49 Part 40 drug and alcohol testing policies/compliance.
Familiarity with evidential breath testing devices
