The Maintenance Technician III oversees the ongoing maintenance functions of specified facility or facilities physical plants, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean environment that meets the standards of all applicable regulatory authorities.
This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule in Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JOB SPECIFIC
Conduct regular training with in-house staff on department-related material
Participate in regular departmental and committee meetings as assigned
Complete work orders that require higher skill levels
Assist with in-house construction projects
Enter data into computerized work order management system
Keep tools maintained and inventoried
Work with minimal supervision and with multiple types of tools to complete assigned tasks
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the company and the department
