Ready for a Challenge? We are seeking a professional like you to join our Engine Component Business Unit in Prairie du Chien, WI as a 2nd Shift Supervisor. In this is role, you will be a key member of the Production team, leading a team of 35 operators with the help of 1 to 2 leads. You will use your strong knowledge of manufacturing to drive our key performance indicators in a positive direction. This role is a great opportunity to exercise your accountability and communication skills as the leader on the shift. We are looking for a candidate who can coach and develop their team, drive results in our key performance indicators, and ensure a safe working environment. In addition, if you have experience in scrap reduction, can easily identify and explain a cost savings idea you implemented and are a demonstrated leader in department communication then please apply!
