Primary Purpose:
Our client in Houston is seeking a Deployment Technician to join their dedicated team and assist with executing their PC deployment and assisting end users by providing exemplary customer service in IT support services. You will be responsible for unboxing, imaging, configuration, and deployment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Staging and unboxing equipment
- Label Printing
- Deployment of Devices
- Configuration
- Imaging
- Daily reporting of device progess
- Daily huddles with the Team
Qualifications:
- 3-4years of experience with device deployment
- Foundational understanding of troubleshooting
- Experience installing Network Equipment
- Maintaining products and equipment
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-pace healthcare environment
- Reliable transportation
