Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors. The position of CAM Operator is responsible for turning CAD files into physical products using 3D printers and CNC Mills under the leadership of the CAM Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manipulate CAD files for manufacturability using 3D modelling software.
- Facilitate the production of CAD models utilizing various 3D printing software & 3D printers.
- Create tool path to mill wax using CNC mills.
- Process 3D printed parts by cleaning, curing, and matching prints to jobs.
- Utilize computer system to be able to track individual jobs and maintain organized records.
- Communicate with manufacturing teams on improvements and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in navigating 3D software environments, similar to experience in gaming or interactive 3D applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in manufacturing.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD Software
- Experience in 3D printing technology & software.
- CNC Milling experience.
- Previous experience in jewelry industry.
