Job Title: In-House Business Development Representative (BDR)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is not required
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product/service benefits persuasively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
