Century Group has partnered with a nonprofit organization who is seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant. This is an onsite position located in San Rafael. This is a temporary position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $40 per hour.
Job Description:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Assist CFO in preparation of Audit schedules and tax return
- Monitor budget vs actual entries for departments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Advise staff on accounting issues
- Assist with 403b match and related annual compliance testing
- Keep all payroll information confidential, maintain privacy for each and every employee
Experience: - Nonprofit industry experience
- ADP and Sage Intacct experience
