****Position Description:****

Gettacar is looking for a Internet Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Internet Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Sales department, which includes: inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction.

****Well count on you to:****

* Manage Customer Success team members.

* Manage the assignment of leads to the appropriate team members to optimize results.

* Manage use of the CRM, ensuring phone calls from websites and online inventory listings are acted upon to ensure the customer is handled appropriately.

* Monitor and coach the team to reach department goals and consistently improve performance.

* Provide feedback to management on internet sales activity.

* Work interdepartmentally with product and marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs that enhance the customer experience.

* Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.

* Train team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.

* Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.

* Other duties as assigned.

****Skills and Qualifications:****

* 3+ years of experience in automotive retail management

* Progressive lens embracing e-commerce and the omnichannel experience

* Proven success in running a high-volume automotive sales operation is required

* Proven success in managing an automotive sales team with 10+ employees

* A hands-on management style with a passion for driving sales

* The ability to develop creative solutions for complex problems

* A strong motivation for achieving results and the desire to win

* A passion for providing exceptional guest service

* A demonstrated ability to develop teammates and be part of a team

* Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person)

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills

* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

* Teamwork skills, including the ability to delegate and resolve conflicts

* Valid drivers license & background
