Summary

The Director of Franchise Performance plays a pivotal role as the liaison between My Place Hotels of America ("My Place Hotels") and the Property Owners. This position is instrumental in creating value and fostering revenue growth through proactive engagement with My Place Hotels' programs and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a liaison between owners/properties and My Place Hotels, driving revenue and enhancing quality through active engagement with My Place Hotels' programs.
  2. Spearhead revenue generation initiatives foster growth and enhance customer satisfaction in alignment with the objectives of property owners.
  3. Maintain robust relationships with property owners, addressing complex challenges promptly and effectively.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics impacting operations and performance, offering insightful recommendations for improvement and opportunity maximization.
  5. Identify areas for enhancement to bolster quality standards and elevate guest satisfaction.
  6. Promote the My Place Hotels' Stay Rewarded program, identifying strategic opportunities to increase participation and engagement.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and disseminate pertinent knowledge to property owners.
  8. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
  9. Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, InDesign and other programs, as necessary.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and organizing data cohesively to formulate effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in navigating challenging conversations with diplomacy and tact.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a General Manager or in a related field, preferably encompassing both multiple property-level and corporate management roles.


Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree or above.

Preferred but not Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
