With 40 independent, luxury and upscale hotels, resorts and golf clubs, our client is the largest independent hospitality management company in the country. Their collection includes a mix of mountain, beach, and city properties across the United States.

Customer Service Representatives strive to provide exceptional service to both internal/external guests and colleagues. They are responsible for exemplifying our clients culture as well as promoting the client as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage reservation requests in a professional and timely manner.

* Provide customers with property information and answer local area inquiries.

* Answer incoming calls in less than 2 rings in a professional demeanor following call quality standards.

* Participate in department projects.

* Keep current with all communication and department information.

* Ensure appropriate follow up takes place in a timely and proper fashion.

* Handle emailed inquiries in a timely manner.

* Provide notes and comments in the system regarding customer requests; denote special needs to ensure a smooth registration upon arrival at the front desk.

* Attend and participate in monthly reservation meetings.

* Participate in annual sales training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 1 - 3 years of sales experience required.

* **Must be able to commute and work in Bellevue, WA**

* **Must be available to work during shifts between 7:30 am - 8:30 pm, including Saturdays and Sundays, with 2 days off in a row.**

* Previous experience in retail, call center, and/or hospitality preferred.

* Previous working knowledge of Springer Miller Systems preferred.

* Must be able to type 35 wpm and have solid computer knowledge.

* High School graduate or equivalent.

* People Person - must possess a professional, positive presentation and strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service.

* Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.

* Ability to use office equipment in an efficient and effective manner.

* Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

* Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite.

* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and multitask.

* Ability to work as a team-player and accept assignments from multiple individuals.
