I am currently working with a leading AM LAW top 100 firm, who are actively looking to recruit a real estate attorney to join their Denver office.
Job Description:
The national group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join it's Denver office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.
- Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
- Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
- Staying abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Colorado state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
