This position works in-office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.


DiaMedical USA is a fast-growing medical equipment distributor looking to fill a Marketing Manager position in our Farmington Hills, MI office. At DiaMedical USA, our mission is to improve quality healthcare by acting as a turnkey solution for healthcare facilities and educational institutions, allowing clinicians and instructors to prioritize patient care. As one of the largest healthcare and education equipment providers in the country, we achieve our mission by simplifying the purchasing process and operating as a single source supplier of over 1,500 healthcare and instructional manufacturers.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the print and digital marketing strategy to support the long-term business objectives of DiaMedical including catalog creation, email, social, and digital advertising campaigns. This position oversees the daily operations of the marketing team and collaborates with other functional areas to execute the strategy.


Key responsibilities and other duties as assigned:

  • Leads the marketing team in the execution of marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Aligns digital campaign strategies to the overall Marketing strategy and leads the digital marketing team to ensure execution of marketing goals and initiatives and consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Oversees the production of printed promotional marketing materials including product catalogs, brochures, flyers, direct mail, and other means of marketing specific to the target audience with consideration to design, layout, and copy.
  • Ensures all marketing materials have a cohesive look and feel that is aligned to the DiaMedical brand to include design templates and brand style guide.
  • Builds and maintains the digital marketing calendar by analyzing historical sales, past digital performance, customer feedback, industry trends, and sales forecasts.
  • Tracks and analyzes marketing campaign performance to suggest improvements.
  • Manages internal marketing systems to ensure efficiency in marketing automation, content generation, and project management.
  • Identifies DiaMedical s target audience and creates, manages, and grows our email lists/databases for lead generation.
  • Assigns the graphic design work across the Graphic Designers based on skills, deadlines, and project workload.
  • Manages sales of digital and print advertising space to outside vendors.
  • Oversees social media posts to ensure key messaging and brand are aligned to strategy and proofreads for clarity and correct grammar and spelling.
  • Fosters relationships with prospective blog contributors, brand advocates, industry experts, and suppliers to solicit content and testimonials.

Travel:

  • US Travel between 5-10% on an as needed basis.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Determines resource needs and manages the members of the marketing team as a highly functional team while promoting a diverse, harassment-free work environment.
  • Responsible for team s time management, performance management, and career development.


Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or Marketing and 5 years of progressive business-to-business marketing experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Proven success in developing and managing creative marketing teams, strategies, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to see the big picture and long-term strategy of how marketing helps to drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrated work experience in Digital, Email, and/or Social Media Marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and email Campaign Management experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for digital media design and content development to drive sales.
  • Highly creative problem-solver with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Innovative with a passion to present and implement new ideas and techniques.
  • Strong collaborative skills and willingness to foster a team-oriented work environment across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Analytical skills desired.
  • Experience with print media or catalogs a plus.
