**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

The Registered Licensed Sales Assistant provides support to the Consumer Investments Representatives while demonstrating a passion for delivering superior service and building client relationships.

* Processes transactions for broker dealer and trades for Consumer Investment Representatives.

* Scheduling customer/prospect meetings with Consumer Investment Representatives.

* Reviewing all paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

* Assisting with seminars designed to promote the department and products.

* On-going training of advisors and assistants on upcoming changes with our broker dealer.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Series 6 and Series 63 licenses

* 2 years professional office experience

**HOURS:**

Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
