Loaner Distribution Tech - 2nd Shift - $22.60/HR + $1 Shift Premium

2nd Shift: M-F 1:30pm -10:30pm (1hr Lunch break)

What you will do -

Wright Express Technician I primary responsible are receiving, inspecting, and replenishing Wright Express loaner kits. They may also assist in processing customer orders. You will sort inbound kits daily into implant and instrument categories. Use the JD Edwards ERP System to receive, inspect, and replenish both implant and instrument kits.
  • Implement basic kit reconfigurations caused by Bill of Material changes. Ensure all kits that are put to stock are a) fully functional, and b) complete per the Bill of Material.
  • Ensures inventory used to replenish kits is transacted appropriately from the stocking location.
  • Cleans instruments and ensures basic functionality, replacing any and all damaged components. Some sterile components may need to be shrink-wrapped.
  • Packs and label kits accurately, transferring them properly to the appropriate stocking location. Order processing duties may include order picking, order staging, and processing via the FedEx Powership station.
  • May coordinate with customer service to fulfill kit expedites and release kit backorders.
  • May be required to decontaminate incoming kits using the autoclave.
  • Ability to process inventory transactions accurately in JD Edwards using scanners and desktop computers.
  • Strong attention to detail. Must be meticulous in both physical and systematic checking to verify accuracy of components and their lot numbers.


What you will need -
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
