WorkSpan is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join the Digital Business team. This team is responsible for building a high-velocity, high-volume growth engine for WorkSpan and driving the sales and go-to-market for new SaaS solutions that help companies co-sell with Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

**Responsibilities**

* Develop quarterly sales plans and actively manage pipeline to achieve quota

* Generate new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound leads

* Lead sales meetings to discover customer needs, present WorkSpans capabilities and value propositions, demo solutions, and assess solution fit

* Engage business and IT stakeholders at customer organizations and move customers through the funnel, from prospect to deal close

* Refine and execute on a repeatable sales process that supports high volume of transactions

* Collaborate with professional services, marketing, and product teams to support customer needs and close deals

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree

* 2+ years of inside sales experience at SaaS companies

* Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

* Outstanding communication and presentation skills over video and phone calls

* Strong attention to detail and organization skills

* Exceptional written skills

* Professional and friendly attitude and ability to quickly develop a rapport with prospects

* Ability to learn quickly and build expertise in SaaS solutions

* Passion for continual learning and innovation

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
