LHH's client, located in Clallam County, WA is looking for an Senior Controller / CFO . This role will work directly the C-Suite management to oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. This is highly focused in getting up to date on audits and financial standing. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership of the accounting staff, and management of monthly close process
- Prepares monthly financial reporting and other periodical financial metrics
- Maintain internal books, audits, and finances to analyze financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of related experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Controller level and people management for at least 4-5 years over 8 years in financial management
- Someone who can come in an clean up, organize, and streamline financial audits, operations, and budgeting, forecasting as well
- Monthly close, cash reports, fix asset reports, budgetary report
- Strong excel, V-lookups, pivot tables, etc
