Job Details

Maintenance Duties:

• Replace light bulbs
• Restock supply room
• Light painting in needed areas
• Mow grass in designated areas
• Spray herbicides on parking lot and around building as needed
• Other duties as requested.......

Janitorial Duties:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming....
• Gather and empty trash in offices, restrooms, warehouse, dock area, parking lots and transfer to external trash receptacles
• Keep the restrooms in tip-top shape by providing attentive service, ensuring cleanliness, and promptly restocking supplies
• Wipe all door handles including lobby, upstairs entry, doors to and from warehouse
• Maintain cleaning supplies and submit orders to Supervisor
• Clean interior / exterior windows
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

General Maintenance Requirements:

• Using company vehicle, you would be required to Transport / Pickup other employees that are picking up or delivering customers equipment..
• Must have an acceptable driving record..
• Must be able and willing to work in all weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs with or without assistance
