* Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field. OR * High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of experience. * Intermediate experience with recent versions of Microsoft operating systems and Office, specifically Excel and Word. * Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast pace environment. * Two years experience in basic help desk or software applications or equivalent work environment. * Experience working with computer networks & internet software. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. * Education and related work experience. * Application or technology testing experience. * Work experience in computer science, technical or management information systems. * Three years of experience in basic help desk or customer support environment or equivalent work experience. Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: * Positive professional attitude with customers, peers, and supervisors. * Professional communication skills both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple top priorities. * Ability to function in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed team environment. * Ability to work flexible schedule and manage overtime as required to meet objectives * Excellent English language skills required, both verbal and written Shift Hours: 1st shift, however is required to work 11:30 am to 8:00 pm one day a week.
