This is a remote position - based in Dallas
An award-winning, fully integrated architecture and interior design practice is seeking a Senior Associate to be based in Dallas. The ideal candidate would have experience and interest in projects at various scales and typologies, as well as proven success developing and mentoring team members.
What You'll Do:
- Design projects of various sizes, from intimate to expansive
- Translate design visions into clear construction documents for both interiors and exteriors
- Manage client relationships, building trust and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including multiple consultants
- Oversee construction document & specification creation and administration
- Lead construction administration, ensuring projects meet design intent
- Provide technical leadership for diverse projects, hospitality experience a plus
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure alignment with project budgets
