**Computer User Support Specialist**
Dayton, Ohio Minimum Experience **Mid-level** We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Computer User Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE), working remotely from home.
Job Summary: Provides technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Responsibilities include the following:
* Configuring software deployment environment to include machine images
* Performing computer deployment to support lifecycle refresh
* Mobile device provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting, includes Mobile Device Management in general
* New user desktop/laptop provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Network printer configuration and vulnerability remediation
* Performing upgrades of Operating Systems (OS) on workstations
* Application license tracking
* Unified Communications configuration, and troubleshooting
Qualifications include the following:
* At least 3 years related experience
* US citizenship required
