Our client, a non-profit in Washington DC, is currently seeking a Director of Small Business Advisory to join their team. The incumbent will manager two relationship advisors and will service small business and entrepreneurs in the DC area.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial solutions for small businesses
- Target clients are low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs
- Must be involved the community
- Attend networking events, luncheons and conferences
- Record client data and report to appropriate parties as instructed in our customer relationship management system
Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Prior management experience is required
- Strong accounting, finance and/or economic knowledge
- Experience in community development
- Passion for helping low/moderate income, diverse and other underserved entrepreneurs
