Essential qualifications to be considered:
Success in Marketing, Business Development, and/or Product Line Management roles in the Aerospace Composites Industry
A minimum of 10 years work experience, including 6 years in a leadership capacity.
Able to effectively work in global business roles requiring exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
This is a senior level pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company s Aerospace & Industrial Composites business on a global scale while also overseeing marketing initiatives to support these objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a financially sound, multinational, diverse chemical manufacturer of resins, pharmaceutical intermediaries, food supplements, synthetic fibers, and fine chemicals - with annual global sales of more than $5.5 billion and over 3,500 worldwide employees (10,500 including subsidiaries).
