Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Assistant who will play a key role in our wholesale gift and tabletop division by supporting our nationwide sales reps and retailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist the National Sales Director with day-to-day administrative tasks such as, processing orders, order entry and managing customer inquiries from our sales team and specialty retailers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work in our ERP accounting software for answering questions on orders and order entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in sales related role
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
