**Responsibilities**
As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-directed individuals. This is a commission-based position. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Generate leads
* Develop and maintain client relationships
* Meet or exceed sales goals
* Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
* Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
* Prepare paperwork
* Maintain client records
* Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory
Agricultural Equipment Salesperson Qualifications **Qualifications**
Minimum requirements include:
* Associates degree
* Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience a plus
* Prior sales experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Time management and organizational skills
* Competency in Microsoft and Google applications
* Commitment to excellent customer service
