Graduate Recruitment Role Available in Philadelphia
$40,000 + base salary + uncapped commission - 1st year OTE Up to $90,000

Your role as a Graduate Recruiter:
- Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
- Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
- Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
- Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
- Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
