Qualifications:
Experience coaching at the high school level preferred.
Must possess strong leadership and character building qualities.
Candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge of the game.

Must represent the team and school in a professional manner and work to resolve differences with officials, scorekeepers, staff, other coaches, parents, and members of the audience constructively and postively.
Emphasize the importance of good scholarship and citizenship as an athlete
Maintain effective communication with the entire coaching staff, students, parents, school staff members and media.
Teaching certification or substitute certification required

Candidate must meet New Jersey residency requirement.

Certs: Adult CPR w/ AED, Fundamental of Coaching Principles, Sports First Aid.

Salary: BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
