About the role


They are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) to join their esteemed team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent employees in various employment disputes and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law passion for advocating on behalf of employees, and a commitment to achieving justice for their clients.


Responsibilities


  • Represent plaintiffs in employment-related disputes and litigation matters, including but no limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to gather evidence, conduct discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice, and guidance to clients on employment-related issues including compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.


Qualifications


Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the state bar associate.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably representing plaintiffs.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
