Systems Engineer Level 3


Job Details

Experience with business process management systems and related process engineering efforts, including process-specific modeling/simulation. Expertise in strategic planning, project/task leadership, and organizational restructuring/transformation. Provide business process and systems level documentation and analysis to identify opportunities for leveraging Business Process Management System (BPMS) solutions to automate and improve human-based workflows. Apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify and implement system, process, and mission metrics that provide awareness of data as it flows through end-to-end organizational processes. Experience with various programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) and database development is preferred so that the analyst can implement basic workflows in the IBM BPM tool using out-of-the-box functionality.

Basic Qualifications:
Twenty (20) years of experience with business process management systems and tools, or related process and systems engineering efforts
Familiarity with software development and various software development lifecycle models
Proficient with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills and demeanor with customers
Experience facilitating discussions to elicit information at the appropriate level of detail for a given purpose
Familiarity with documenting business processes
Familiarity with developing functional requirements and business rules
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications (nice to haves):
Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development
Knowledge of telecommunications architecture and protocols

Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph is required.
