Description:
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to support our influencer marketing solution, Acorn. This role will be responsible for building recognition of the Acorn brand and driving revenue for the business through organic and paid channels, including events, social, email, and our website. They will be entrenched in the shopper marketing world, staying attuned to client dynamics, proactively surfacing PR, social, and content opportunities. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and eager to collaborate, has a background in influencer and/or shopper marketing, has a bias for action, and approaches their work with an agile, test-and-learn mindset. This role will sit in our Rogers, Arkansas office.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek out and execute on opportunities to build recognition for the Acorn brand and drive direct revenue for the business in partnership with the broader marketing team
  • Develop and execute on go-to-market strategy for Acorn products
  • Own Acorn's marketing plan, partnering with other marketing team members on execution as appropriate, building reporting to measure key metrics, using data to recommend changes to strategy, and bringing stakeholders along on progress against the plan
  • Become entrenched in the shopper marketing world, staying attuned to client dynamics, and proactively identifying PR, social, and content opportunities
  • Support in short- and long-form content creation for social, email, case studies, awards, paid media, and our influencer network
  • Lead planning and execution for in-person marketing events, working in close partnership with sales, partnerships and strategy teams
  • Serve as owner of the Acorn website, champion the user experience, and evolve it as a brand platform and lead gen and nurture tool
  • Champion Acorn's brand and brand positioning across the enterprise
  • Partner with our creative team to develop brand-aligned creative assets for blog posts, email, social, etc.
  • Occasionally work with the Acorn team to develop content to educate and deepen the value our community provides to our influencer network
  • Champion creativity and innovation in content creation, distribution, and testing approaches
  • Other projects that support New Engen's marketing goals

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, for a strong B2C or B2B brand a plus
  • Bias for action and will proactively dive in and learn what you don't know
  • Creative thinker matched with an executional ability to deliver output quickly and consistently
  • Familiarity with website strategy, email marketing, social media, and nurture programs
  • Strong writing/editing skills with ability to write short-form, external-facing content
  • Embraces data and measurement to inform action
  • Strong growth mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to get better
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience with Wordpress or other Content Management Systems a plus

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.

Acorn is headquartered in Rogers, AR. For this role, candidates in our Rogers, Arkansas office are preferred.
