-Manage and lead the hotel's department heads and staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the hotel's performance, profitability, and competitiveness in the market.
- Oversee the hotel's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage the hotel's human resources, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and community functions.
