RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a strong creative vision to shape brand aesthetic and seasonal design strategy
- Deep study of seasonal trends specifying on curvy mid and plus size
- Lead, collaborate, design, and co-design with a cross-board(China based) dteam through all aspects of the design process
- Work with marketing team to communicate brand messaging, product features, and benefits
- Lead the Print & Color team on seasonal print & color direction and assortment.
Your Experience and Skills include:
- Deeply align and resonate with BloomChic vision, mission and values.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field and 10+ years Design experience strongly preferred.
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, resilient, adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.
