Title: Vendor Operations Program Manager
Client: Gusto
Pay Rate: $45+/hour

June 10th 2024 - April 30th, 2025
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management vendor management, talent management and/or operations.
Time and Attendance Management:
- Oversee time tracking, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with the Apex Relationship Manager and Engagement Manager to escalate any questions from extended workers regarding their employment terms (HR, benefits, pay, sick-time/PTO, employee relations etc.)
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new extended workers.
- Communicate end-of-contract procedures effectively.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Performance Reviews and Coaching:
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, by sub-team.
- Offer coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Tracking and reporting of extended workers performance.
Metrics, SLA s and KPI s:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with managers and sub-teams.
- Monitor metrics delivery and drive performance improvements.
- Work closely with Apex Engagement Manager to create and deliver on agreed upon deliverables.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Gusto
Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
- Proactively address potential challenges and friction points.
- Recommend adjustments to maximize program efficiency.
- Understand and communicate SOP s.
