Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their results using our platform. You will be fully proficient in Lazaza tools, and verify their efficacy via QA testing. You will conduct customer feedback interviews, work with current customers to resolve issues, help build community around Lazaza users and facilitate systems to processes to enable the community to help itself build power users of Lazaza.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive testing of the Lazaza platform daily and when new software updates are released

- Work with sales and marketing on customer generation, retention and support processes and systems.

- Interview potential customers and provide valuable feedback for sales, product, development and executive teams.

- Collaborate on designing and testing new features.

- Onboard new partner clients and guide them in setting up and launching successful campaigns.

- Provide ongoing support and training to customers, ensuring they are leveraging our platform to its fullest potential.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Monitor customer health indicators, proactively identify opportunities, and address potential issues.

- Develop customer success resources, such as forums, tutorials, case studies, and best practices.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Retain customers and increase customer lifetime value through continuous engagement and advocacy.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or working toward a degree.

- Experience in customer success, account management, marketing or a similar role in the tech or advertising industry.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising, media buying, and marketing principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A strong team player with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction.

- Nice to have: design experience, Wordpress proficiency, strong creativity.
